Come and join us every Sunday morning between services, as we follow a Biblical approach to health & wellness.  Together, wel explore the 5 Essential of the Daniel Plan, by Rick Warren and several noted health & nutrition experts.

  • Fitness:  Strengthening Your Body
  • Focus:  Renewing Your Mind and
  • Friends:  Encouraging Each Other

We shall pray together, uplift each other, share progress, and enjoy fun fellowship over a six-month period, beginning Sunday, Oct. 6th.

We’ll be following the Daniel Plan Workbook*, NDTR and Cindy Mc Fadden, Retired LPN
